Oct. 8--Apparently, President Clinton isn't the only one caught in an office romance.
Romantic encounters at the office are at an all-time high, which may explain why some Americans aren't shocked by Clinton's actions.
With the huge increase in women in the work force, the increasing time spent at the office and a loosening of relationship rules in corporate America, office affairs number in the millions, attorney Dennis M. Powers says.
