WESTBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 9, 1998--FORWARD INDUSTRIES INC. (NASDAQ:FORD) announced today that Jerome E. Ball has entered into an agreement to join the company.
Theodore H. Schiffman, chairman of the board, stated that Ball will join the company as vice chairman and chief executive officer.
Ball has had a long and successful career in the textile industry, culminating with the sale of Balson Hercules Group -- of which Ball was president -- to Consoltex Group Inc.
