Austrian sugar and starch producer Agrana Beteiligungs-AG said on Friday it had acquired 77% of Romanian sugar factory Danubiana S.A. Roman. The acquisition is Agrana's fourth since March in the Black Sea state and is another step towards its goal of securing one third of the sugar market there, the group said in a statement.
