SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 1998--Electronics Arts(tm) (Nasdaq:ERTS) the world's largest interactive entertainment software company, today announced it has formed a new subsidiary, Electronic Arts Korea Ltd., to manufacture, market and distribute its games directly in Korea.
Electronic Arts Korea will be the first Korean subsidiary of any Western publisher of entertainment software and will be administered by Electronic Arts' Asia Pacific headquarters in Australia.
