Oct. 9--VITAMIN DISTRIBUTORS MERGE: Two Valley companies that sell vitamins and personal-care products through independent distributors have agreed to merge.
New Vision International of Tempe and Natural World of Scottsdale will combine under the New Vision name. Distributors for Natural World, who total more than 40,000 in the United States and Canada, will join New Vision's operations, company officials said. Terms of the deal were not released.
Natural World, a 7-year-old company that moved from Connecticut to Arizona three years ago, has 30 employees and sales of under $5 million. New Vision was founded ...
