NEW YORK, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Abernathy MacGregor Frank announced today that Jonathan Rinehart is joining the firm in an "of counsel" role effective October 19. Mr. Rinehart is a veteran of the corporate and financial public relations business, and one of the most prominent practitioners in the field of mergers and acquisitions communications.
He co-founded Adams & Rinehart in the mid-70s and then chaired the worldwide public relations assets of Ogilvy & Mather, after the big advertising agency bought Adams & Rinehart in the mid-80s.
Most recently, Mr. Rinehart established a New York office for Powell Tate, the Washington-based public affairs firm. ...
