BURBANK, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Oct. 12, 1998--Judith Singer has been promoted to Vice President, Licensing, Warner Bros. Theatrical Legal, it was announced today by James R. Miller, President, Warner Bros. Worldwide Theatrical Business Operations, and Sanford E. Reisenbach, Warner Bros. Executive Vice President, Marketing and Planning. In her new position she continues to report to Mr. Reisenbach and Mr. Miller.
