PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge today announced the state's first coordinated, multimedia marketing campaign for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), the state's nationally recognized program to provide free or low-cost health insurance for children of working families.

Gov. Ridge made the announcement at the Richmond School, joined by third- and fourth-graders, and a family from Philadelphia whose child is enrolled in CHIP.
