Oct. 12--Patricia Clark said the new roof installed by licensed contractor Gary Wilbur of Bradenton Roofing did not stop water from leaking into her home in southern Manatee County.
"I paid him $3,000 and he just did shoddy work," Clark said. "It's still leaking and now I have another leak in the dining room I didn't have before."
"I'd call and leave messages. The only time he called back was when I threatened to call Manatee County government."
Clark, 40, 6008 Ninth St. E., filed a complaint against Wilbur on May 11 with the Manatee County Building Department, one of several citizens' complaints ...
