Oct. 13--The hottest new shopping center in Lexington County is owned by a local restaurateur who initially just wanted to expand his business.
Ted Stambolitis, owner of the Flight Deck Restaurant and Bakery Inc. needed more space for the eatery that occupied 2,000 square feet in Lexington Village shopping center off Columbia Avenue.
