MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Betty Crocker entered the "grab-and-go" era today when the Betty Crocker Kitchen, a retail bakery, was opened at Knott's Camp Snoopy at Mall of America, Bloomington, Minn. The grand opening took place amid an array of cakes, cupcakes, brownies, eclairs and cookies. An enormous 28-foot slice of cake which adorns the bakery's exterior was unveiled by Betty Crocker ambassadors and Snoopy who sported an oversized apron with the Betty Crocker red spoon.
