LOS ANGELES, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- A call for congress to enact the Hate Crimes Prevention Act and name it the "Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act" was announced by Miki Jackson, Activist and President of "Project Return", at the culmination of an October 12th march and rally in West Hollywood in response to the malicious slaying of the Gay youth in Laramie, Wyoming. Jackson is a spokesperson for the Coalition for the Passage of the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act.
