AFC Enterprises, Atlanta, GA, has unexpectedly and unilaterally cancelled its plans to acquire the assets of Paradise Bakery & Cafe, Inc., a subsidiary of Paradise Holdings, Inc., Sacramento, CA (see FOOD INSTITUTE REPORT, May 25, page 7).
