Oct. 19--FORT WORTH, Texas--ON THE BORDER CAFE BEING BUILT IN SOUTHWEST FORT WORTH: Brinker International, continuing its announced expansion plans in Tarrant County, said construction has started on a second On The Border Cafe in Fort Worth.
The 4411 Bryant Irvin Road site, to employ about 100, is near the new Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse Store adjacent to Interstate 20-Loop 820 in southwest Fort Worth. Basic construction costs, excluding real estate and equipment, were put at $750,000.
