SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 21, 1998--H-E-B Grocery Company is working with the City of New Braunfels and the Salvation Army as it expands its flood relief effort by providing warehouse space in downtown New Braunfels for the collection and distribution of food, clothing and other donations, according to Mike De La Garza, Vice President of Public Affairs and Corporate Communications for H-E-B.
Distribution of items to area flood victims by the Salvation Army will begin Thursday, October 22, at 9 a.m., and donations are already being accepted at the 843 W. San Antonio Street H-E-B warehouse in New Braunfels.
