DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 1998--The Industrial Development Board (IDB) and the International Fund for Ireland (IFI) are to provide funding for an industrial promotion initiative in the Southwestern region of the United States, Minister for Education and Training, John McFall and Willie McCarter, Chairman of the Fund jointly announced today in Dallas.
