Cable Operator Serves Over 114,000 Homes Passed

DENVER, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Online System Services, Inc. (OSS) (Nasdaq: WEBB) announced today it has signed a five-year agreement to launch high-speed Internet access and Web services with Peak Cablevision, a Denver-based cable operator serving over 114,000 homes passed in the Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions. The value of the contract was not disclosed; however, terms of the agreement include sale of software and revenue sharing.
