120 Big Kmart Conversions Also Celebrate Re-Grand Openings
TROY, Mich., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Kmart Corporation (NYSE: KM) today opens 45 former Venture stores as new Big Kmart stores in seven states, the largest number of stores the chain has opened on a single day. With 120 Big Kmart conversions also celebrating re-grand openings today, the highly successful Big Kmart format now represents 62 percent of the chain, or 1,245 stores.
