Oct. 28--For the third year running, The Pueblo Chieftain leads the nation's newspapers in market penetration, according to the most recent data from the Audit Bureau of Circulation, the firm that verifies newspapers' figures.
According to the most recent ABC statistics, the Chieftain had the highest market penetration in all categories: morning papers, Sunday papers and all daily newspapers.
