VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Former H&R Block Tax Services, Inc. president and CEO Harry Buckley along with a coalition of Jackson Hewitt franchise owners announced today that they have formed a new company, Tax and Financial Franchise Services (TFFS), to purchase additional Jackson Hewitt territories.
Jackson Hewitt, the fastest growing tax preparation company in the United States, operates more than 2,500 locations with a goal of 3,000 offices by the beginning of 1999.
"Jackson Hewitt represents a terrific investment because of its strong brand name equity and customer service orientation," said Buckley, who will serve as TFFS Chairman.
