WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD(R)), today announced an agreement with the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development and Montgomery County Department of Economic Development to consolidate the NASD's major operations located throughout the Greater Washington region in Montgomery County, Maryland.
