REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 1998--Nintendo of America Inc., LucasArts Entertainment Company LLC and Lucas Licensing today announced a five year worldwide agreement for three new Star Wars games, granting limited exclusivity to Nintendo.

Two of the games will be based on the upcoming 1999 Star Wars feature film, Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace. The games will debut exclusively in home console form on the Nintendo 64 and in portable form on Nintendo's Game Boy Color system at launch. All titles will be distributed exclusively by Nintendo.
