Nov. 1--Unfit and overweight executives are candidates for a heart attack, but those who travel often are at even more risk.
Dr Peter Barratt, senior medical adviser at the Medical Advisory Service for Travellers Abroad, says: "People become stressed when they travel and are often forced to carry heavy hand-luggage, which puts a strain on the heart." Barratt urges business travellers who have a history of heart trouble to seek medical advice before flying.
