SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 1998--Correctional Systems Inc. (OTC BB:CRXS) announces three new contracts effective Nov. 1 for the management and operation of the City Jails for the California cities of Hawthorne (28 Beds), Bell (21 Beds) and Chino (14 Beds).
All three City Jails will be managed and staffed by CSI employees on a 24-hour basis. These facilities primarily house unsentenced inmates for brief periods of time to process and release them or to hold them over and transport them to court on the following business day. CSI also manages Self Pay and Intergovernmental Service Agreements for cities and these may provide the cities with revenue to offset ...
