DALLAS, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Unistar Financial Service Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: UNSF) affiliate, Unistar Auto Insurance Agency, signed agreements this week to acquire "All Risk Auto Insurance Agency", with eight locations in Dallas, Texas (all located in the Paaco Auto Malls). The affiliate also acquired two additional retail agency locations: one in Waco, Texas, and another retail site in Houston, Texas, located within the Auchan's Hyper Mart grocery store chain. These 10 additional offices raise Unistar Auto Insurance Agency's count to 60 total retail (point of auto insurance policy distribution) locations throughout Texas.
