Court Refuses Challenge to Wisconsin Ruling
WASHINGTON, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Supreme Court today refused to review a June Wisconsin Supreme Court decision allowing children from low income families access to religious schools in the nation's first major school choice program. Landmark Legal Foundation, which has successfully defended the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program since 1991, heralded today's decision as a watershed victory for education reform.
