Nov. 10--What started out six years ago as a satellite uplink from a garage in Miami is soon to become South Florida's biggest full-service satellite TV center, specialized in the booming Latin American and U.S. Hispanic market.
A unit of France Telecom plans to invest $18 million over the next three years to double facilities at the former Hero Productions, the Miami company it bought earlier this year from entrepreneur and Latin TV visionary Roberto "Bob" Behar.
