Rocky Mountain Internet Inc. (NASDAQ SmallCap Market:RMII, RMIIW) today announced an agreement with Datex Communications Corporation to provide Rocky Mountain Internet with advanced, convergent billing software in a deal valued at approximately $US 1 million over the course of the next two years.
Datex will provide Rocky Mountain Internet with its billing services and front-end software to facilitate the company's launch into the communication marketplace.
