REBRANDING has become a buzz word of the Blair era. It all started with the Labour Party, which successfully rebranded itself as ``New'' Labour and swept to power. Once in office, people around Tony Blair announced that they had plans to rebrand Britain, as ``Cool Britannia''. Now everybody is at it.
