Nov. 30 -- Analysts believe the Milan bourse will hold its gains this week after closing last week up 0.84 per cent at 22,934.
Telecom Italia could rise this week following a meeting between the firm's board, France's TF1 and Rupert Murdoch's NewsCorp to discuss plans to form a pay-television alliance. The meeting is the first opportunity for Telecom Italia's new chief executive, Franco Bernabe, to outline his vision for the company.
The negotiations follow talks between Bernabe and Murdoch in London last weekend. The pressure to reach an agreement has so far come from Murdoch, who says he is "very close" to ...
