DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 1998--Rocky Mountain Internet Inc. (NASDAQ SmallCap Market-RMII, RMIIW) announced today it has filed a counter lawsuit in Denver District Court against Internet Communications Corporation (INCC) claiming damages relating to the failed proposed acquisition of INCC and a related $175 million financing.

As previously announced, Rocky Mountain Internet terminated a merger agreement to acquire INCC due to, among other things, INCC's failure to satisfy certain obligations in the merger agreement.
