KENILWORTH, N.J., Dec. 4, /PRNewswire/ -- Schering Laboratories today announced that it has received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for a new shape and coating of CLARITIN(R)-D 24 Hour (10 mg loratadine/240 mg pseudoephedrine sulfate) Extended Release Tablets.
The new CLARITIN-D 24 Hour Tablets have an oval shape and external polished sugar and wax coats that are designed to facilitate oral administration (swallowing) for patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis who suffer from symptoms of nasal congestion.
