Vitamin E's activity in cardiovascular disease and stroke has been well-documented over the past few years, but less well-recognized is its potential value in neurological disorders. A new review by Veris, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information to health professionals, researchers and educators on the role of nutrition in health, looks at the past 17 years of research into vitamin E and neurological disease, with a particular emphasis on Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and epilepsy.
