WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The unit of the Air Line Pilots Association, International, (ALPA) representing more than 600 pilots at Trans States Airlines (TSA) has requested the intervention of the National Mediation Board after five months of unsuccessful contract negotiations with airline management.
