In an enthusiastic outpouring of support, Bermudians danced, sang and lined the streets to welcome a new premier, ending 30 years under the conservative United Bermuda Party.
"I feel great," said Progressive Labor Party leader Jennifer Smith as she was sworn in as Bermuda's new premier, promising "a new and better Bermuda."
