WELLESLEY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 1998--TSCentral, the leading Internet-based information and product resource for the events industry, and HotOffice Technologies, Inc. (Boca Raton, Fla.), known for its web-based intranet solution aimed at small business, announced today that they have signed a content licensing agreement.
