CARY, N.C., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Konover Property Trust, Inc., (NYSE: KPT), a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that it is on schedule to open in phases beginning in spring of next year its 395,000 square foot joint venture project known as Mount Pleasant Towne Centre in Mount Pleasant, S.C. near Charleston. Currently, the Company has leases or commitments for leases for approximately 83% of the center's total gross leasable area.
