MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliant Techsystems (NYSE: ATK) said it has named Paul A. Ross senior group vice president, Space and Strategic Systems. Ross previously was group vice president, Space and Strategic Systems. In his new position, he will take a more active role in matters related to the strategic direction of the corporation. He also will continue to be responsible for the operations of the company's Space and Strategic Systems Group.
Peter A. Bukowick, president, acting chief executive officer, and chief operating officer, said the appointment recognizes the outstanding operational and strategic capabilities of Ross.
