Dec. 9 -- ALBANY, N.Y. -- One of the Capital Region's largest minority-owned fast-food operators is nearly out of pizza -- for good.
As part of a deal to end Horizon Collective Inc.'s bankruptcy proceeding, the 44 Pizza Hut restaurants managed by the company will be sold, said Lisa Tang, the attorney representing the firm.
The Capital Region's 24 Pizza Hut restaurants are part of the group.
Neither the buyer nor the purchase price could be determined Wednesday. Tang said she was not at liberty to release the information, and Horizon Collective officials did not return phone calls.
