ST. LOUIS, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Ignacio Dominguez, 53, has been elected to the board of Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE: ACI), the nation's second largest coal producer. The election of Mr. Dominguez is effective December 11.
Mr. Dominguez is chairman of the board of CARBOEX, S.A.; senior vice president of fuel supply for ENDESA Group; and a director of Compania SEVILLANA DE ELECTRICIDAD. Mr. Dominguez replaces Juan Antonio Ferrando, senior vice president of CARBOEX, S.A., who is retiring from the board.
Mr. Dominguez holds a graduate degree in law from Madrid University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. Between ...
