A new book is now available that will help artists navigate their way through the legal process involved in setting up an estate. Published by the Marie Walsh Sharpe Art Foundation and the Judith Rothschild Foundation, A Visual Artist's Guide to Estate Planning is the result of several years of planning and discussions that culminated in a two-day conference which took place in April in New York. The event was headed up by the Sharpe Foundation's Artists Advisory Committee, which includes Irving Sandler, Chuck Close, Rob Storr, Cynthia Carlson, Janet Fish, Philip Pearlstein and Harriet Shorr.
