The contract of the second phase Qinghai potash fertilizer project jointly constructed by China and Israel was signed in Beijing on November 25. It indicates that the development ability of potash fertilizer has been greatly enhanced in China. The construction of the project will ease the reliance on import and promote the technical level of China' s potash fertilizer industry.
