FORT COLLINS, Colo., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Applied Computer Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ACTI), a systems integrator and manufacturer of complete, customized computer systems, announced today that it has negotiated the cessation of its contract with School District 11.
The contract, which was signed in July of 1998, provided for the delivery of approximately $8 million in computer workstations to the District. Although Applied Computer Technology has filled some initial orders to the District, Applied Computer Technology, Inc. and School District 11 have agreed to mutually terminate the contract.
