DEARBORN, Mich., Dec. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CMS Energy Corporation, (NYSE: CMS), Enron Capital & Trade Resources Corp., Western Gas Resources, Inc. (NYSE: WGR) and CIG Resources Co., an affiliate of Colorado Interstate Gas Co. (CIG) today announced they have formed Fort Union Gas Gathering, L.L.C., a company which will gather coal bed methane gas from the Powder River Basin in Wyoming.
