With its mild climate and picturesque appearance, Victoria has always been a popular travel destination, but this winter, there's even more reason to plan a visit to the charming B.C. capital. Until February 28 the Royal British Columbia Museum is hosting the largest-ever touring exhibition of the works of Leonardo da Vinci.
