Dec. 28 -- Leon Corbin is a product evangelist. He says his Corbin's Classic marinades can be the salvation of any dish ranging from wild game to vegetables.
The tangy concoction adds flavor while tenderizing even the toughest cut of meat, Corbin says.
Corbin, a friendly fellow who mixed up the marinade in his Ferguson kitchen, is the kind of guy who probably would succeed even if luck and good advice hadn't boosted his business. Arcobasso Foods Manufacturing Co. gave him a lot of the advice.
