LOWELL, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 1999--EUA Cogenex Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastern Utilities Associates (NYSE:EUA), signed the first phase of a Master Energy Services Agreement with Harvard Medical School to provide energy management services at their Longwood Avenue, Boston campus.
