Ohio EPA has issued a permit allowing the construction of two buildings to expand D.T. and E. Pork in Hardin County, located southwest of the intersection of Township Road 105 and State Route 81, in Washington Township. Ohio EPA solicited comments on the receipt of the application for the permit and all comments were considered before a final decision was made.
Currently, their are 2,000 hogs at the site. The expansion will bring the total number of hogs at the facility to 4,000. ...
