(LITTLE ROCK) Arkansas Attorney General Winston Bryant has approved the title of a ballot proposal by the Arkansas Taxpayers Rights Association, a Fort Smith-based group that wants to abolish all property tax in the state. The Arkansas Supreme Court rejected last year's effort by the group, which will now begin gathering 72,000 signatures to qualify for the election ballot.
