Competition heats up as fresh locations vie for manufacturing investments.
WESTERN EUROPE is offering chemical companies many sites for new plants and projects. The restructuring of the European chemical industry, which is opening up single-company sites to third parties and introducing hub systems in shipping, is providing an unprecedented variety of possible sites for potential chemical investors.
